We hope you are well and all had a lovely Christmas and New Year.  Firstly, we want to thank you for staying loyal to us in this crazy time in all of our lives. We really appreciate your continued support and enjoy every hair date you have with us.

As you are aware, the latest variant of COVID-19 is spreading very quickly and as a result we wanted to update you on a few things within our salons.

As always, we are doing our very best to keep both you, our guests, as well as our team safe. Please ensure you regularly check our social media as we will communicate information via this platform too.

Appointments Available

We have some last minute appointment availability come available due to guests testing positive or being required to isolate due to close contact with a positive COVID19 case, as well as those suffering with the general cold. 

Appointments are available in both Llandudno and Ruthin and we would urge you to call directly to book in. Cancellations will be posted on our social media channels too.

Appointment Offer

We are delighted to continue to offer our guests an annual booking schedule. This means you have all your appointments at a convenient day and time, and always look your best! To make your life even easier we will give you a free L’Oreal hair care kit when you book 8 appointments at the one time.

The hair kit contains contains a full size L'Oreal Shampoo and Conditioner that is bespoke to your hair needs, type and texture.

*Appointments must all be booked in 1 period of 12 months. For example, January till December 2022 or March 2022 till February 2023.

COVID19 Policy

With Wales the safest region in the UK when it comes to case numbers of the latest COVID19 variant, we are urging all clients to remain vigilant and be as respectful as possible when it comes to both our and the governments guidelines.

 Can we please ask all clients to;

• If you have any cold symptoms please reschedule or take a lateral flow test before your appointment.
• Wear a mask. Unless medically exempt, please can all guests ensure they wear a mask when visiting the salon. Proof will be required of exemption.
• Sanitise before, during and after your appointment. This is a simple yet effective way of preventing against any potential toxic particles. All guests and staff have full access to all sanitisation products.
• Please bring as little personal belongings as possible to prevent any extra transmissions. 

Recruitment

We are now urgently looking for staff in both our Llandudno and Ruthin salons to allow us to keep up with the demand for our services. We would ask that all guests share this information with anyone you think may be looking for a new challenge or a career change in the hairdressing industry.
